We purchased this property as it was then Almond Restaurant for Gleason Properties in 2022, along with a freehold purchase of West Derby MOT centre to the rear of the building. The client merged both sites to become The Peacock, probably the coolest bar in the Village with an amazing beer garden now The Olive Grove
